Jonathan Bronkhorst

Jonathan Bronkhorst the principal of Heads Residential Property and in addition serves as a full status estate agent in the sale of properties in Claremont, Lynfrae and Harfield Village.
In addition, he is responsible for training of intern estate agents, identifying new marketing opportunities, and ensuring that Heads Residential Property remains at the forefront of real estate industry practises, technological advances and legal requirements.
Having practiced as an estate agent in the Claremont area under a corporate national group for some years, Jonathan established Heads Residential Property in 1996. He has developed an intimate knowledge of the properties and market in this unique area. With over 25 years sales experience, he is able to offer sound advice on the valuation and marketing of residential homes, as well as all the contractual aspects involved in the sale and transfer of property.
As well as the Estate Agents Board exam qualification, Jonathan has completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Global course, a recognised USA based designation in real estate practice and marketing.
