Teresa Curran

Teresa Curran is a co-principal of Heads Residential Property an in addition to her management and mentoring role, also serves as a full status Estate Agent in the sale of properties in Claremont, Lynfrae and Harfield Village.
Originally from Johannesburg, Teresa has had experience as an estate agent in the Gauteng market while with a national real estate group before relocating to Cape Town in 1998. While representing a leading estate agency in the Claremont area, Teresa achieved Executive Agent status and with a partner, won the award as Agent of the Year for two consecutive years.
Teresa joined Heads Residential Property in 2004 with a well- established network of contacts and an outstanding track record of sales, which has resulted in many referrals and repeat sales from happy clients who have made her their agent of choice. As well as the Estate Agents Board exam qualification, Teresa has also completed the CRS- SA course, a USA based designation in real estate practice and marketing. Teresa is passionate about property and attends to all her client's real estate needs with a personalised, professional approach.
